This site is one of 4, that has been set up for Self Build llc. This company is interested in plots and development sites suitable for self builders. Our objective is to find either individual sites we can acquire or larger sites that we can either split for use by self builders or use to undertake joint ventures between self builders and developers. At the moment a lot of our plot finding is undertaken at the request of a club that helps members internationally, and identifies areas that it has a demand in for plots. Our aim is to move to a wider acquisition and marketing model where we acquire plots in many places and market these. From some point in 2005, we hope also to be able to offer the scope for others to become involved with us in consortiums, allowing us to acquire more land to split for self builders, and in some cases undertake some developments like adding roads and services. There will be a number of consortiums allowing those who wish to invest to select the country and type of investment, and for holdings to revalue each time a sale occurs.
